At the Full Parish Council Meeting held on the 20th October 2011 the Parish Council agreed the following objectives for the financial year 2011/12.
RESOLVED that the following Parish Council Objectives for 2011/12 be adopted

To market Redbourn Parish Centre for use by local groups individuals and business
Measure: to meet budget in 2011/12 and breakeven in future years

To improve communications from the Parish Council regarding its role and services within Redbourn Parish by use of the internet and the latest communication technology.
Measure: up to date website, Parish Council business conducted by e means.

To create a Parish Plan
Measure: Develop in 2011 and complete and approved by residents by end of 2012

To work in Partnership with village organisations to improve facilities for Redbourn
Measure: Number of grants awarded and number of events held
