REDBOURN PARISH CENTRE

Redbourn Parish Centre is available for hire between 8am and 11pm every day

The building comprises the following rooms

Main Hall -  The main function hall leading of the Reception and measuring 12 metres by 8 metres. It has a capacity of 80-100 people dependant upon layout. There is full HD media capability for showing Bluray DVD's and audio visual presentations.

Conference Room - A carpeted meeting room measuring 9 meters by 7 meters. Seating up to 40 in carpeted luxury it also has full HD media capability for showing Bluray DVD's and audio visual presentations with overhead projector.

Rates of Hire (1 hour minimum hire, fees payable on booking)

 Residents (private events)

 Main Hall: £20.00 per hour including VAT, Conference Room: £20.00 per hour including VAT

 Business/Commerical

 Main Hall: £24 per hour including VAT, Conference Room: £36 per hour including VAT

 Discounts for businesses booking 8 hours or more, or regular bookings: Main Hall: £20 per hour including VAT,  Conference Room: £30 per hour including VAT

 Youth Organisations:  Special hire rates are available from the Parish Clerk.

 

Kitchen - there is a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, hot cupboard. water urn and refrigerator. Access is from the Reception area and a serving hatch opens out onto the Main Hall for function use.
 

Toilets - fully serviced male, female and disabled toilets are on site with Dyson hand driers and baby changing facilities

Other Facilities - the building is fully wired for Hi-speed Broadband connection with ethernet points throughout the building. There is an internet room where residents can us computer facilities to acces the internet. WiFi connection is also available throughout the centre free of charge. The building has access control and is equiped with security CCTV and intruder alarms.

Parish Council Office - the Parish Clerk Diane Whiskin and Assistant Pauline Allcroft are on hand to help you. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm.
